Service Update Regarding U.S. De Minimis Removal
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government will remove the de minimis exemption for imports valued under $800. All international orders to U.S. addresses will require prepaid customs duties and tariffs before shipping.- Order Processing Timeline:
- Orders placed August 21–22, 2025: Orders accepted but may face delays; shipping cannot be guaranteed under current procedures.
- Orders placed after August 22, 2025: Will be held and processed under the new shipping and customs rules beginning August 29, 2025.
- We expect shipping to resume as early as September 2, 2025, subject to postal systems and partner readiness.
- Shipping & Customs Changes:
- All dispensing partners (across five countries) are now implementing new customs declaration and tariff prepayment systems to comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
- Some partners may not be compliant by August 29. This could temporarily impact product availability, delivery speeds, and pricing.
- Shipping carriers able to collect duties in advance may face higher demand, which could increase transit times.
- Delivery Expectations:
- Delivery times will now be less predictable due to enhanced customs processes. Please plan for shipments to arrive in 3–6 weeks, though some delays are possible.
- If you require medication urgently, we recommend placing orders as soon as possible or considering a local pharmacy.
- Pricing & Payments:
- Prices may temporarily increase due to additional tariffs, duties, and shipping costs required by the new law.
- Product pricing may differ from your last order depending on tariffs applied by country.
- Our price matching policy is suspended until further notice, and reshipments will be processed case by case and may involve extra fees for the orders shipped prior to Aug 21, 2025. Reshipment policy is suspended for all the orders placed after Aug 21, 2025 until further notice.
- You will not be charged until your order is ready to ship, and you will be contacted to confirm product availability and final pricing if your order is held.
- Customer Service Updates:
- Our Contact Center is experiencing higher-than-normal call, email, and chat volumes. Wait times may be longer, but we are working to support all customers as quickly as possible.
- Our Commitment:
