What is Sorafenib used for?
Sorafenib is in a class of drugs called antineoplastics. It is used to treat various types of cancer such as renal cell carcinoma (RCC, a type of kidney cancer), hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer) and thyroid cancer. Sorafenib works by decreasing cell proliferation, growth, and stops the spread of cancer cells.
Sorafenib Information
